We are seeking a "Mayor for a Day" to serve during Blackfalds Days - Saturday, June 14!

2024 Mayor for a Day Fayth Colby

Earn this prestigious title by explaining:
What are two ideas (programs or policies) you have to improve the Town of Blackfalds?

Be sure to include:

• What challenge does your idea address?
• What are the resources/materials and costs needed to make your idea a reality?
• How did you come up with your ideas?

Submit your answer by Friday, May 16 in one of the following formats:
• Letter
• Campaign Ad
• Brochure
• Poster
• Short Essay
• Video

The Mayor for a Day group/individual will be invited to serve on Council, and join them during the Blackfalds Days Parade and Pancake Breakfast. There will also be a meet & greet Pizza Party with Council before a council meeting!
