Power is not provided by the Town of Blackfalds and questions and concerns regarding power outages and related electrical infrastructure, are to be directed to Fortis Alberta at 403.310.9473. Community members may also submit an online request for streetlight repair.
Railway services are also a separate function and questions and concerns, including signal arm malfunctions, are to be directed to the Canadian Pacific Rail Police at 1.800.716.9132.
