We are seeking a "Mayor for a Day" to serve during Blackfalds Days - Saturday, June 14!

2024 Mayor for a Day Fayth Colby

Earn this prestigious title by explaining:
What existing service provided by the Town of Blackfalds is most important to you and your family, and why? How would you make that service better? (ie. Policing, garbage, snow removal, etc).

Or 

What new services could the Town of Blackfalds offer that is most important to you and your family, and why?

Submit your answer by Friday, May 16 in one of the following formats:
• Letter
• Campaign Ad
• Brochure
• Poster
• Short Essay
• Video

The Mayor for a Day group/individual will be invited to serve on Council, and join them during the Blackfalds Days Parade and Pancake Breakfast. There will also be a meet & greet Pizza Party with Council before a council meeting!
